The poetry of Francisca Camelo at ESAP

Poesia na Língua is a cycle of spoken word poetry sessions that seeks to give one of the oldest and most powerful universal literary forms its oral and performative dimension.

On the last Tuesdays of each month, at 7pm, in the Theater Studio of the Escola Superior Artística do Porto, ESAP Theater students, guided by director Luísa Pinto, with special guests, present poems by some of the most significant Portuguese and Lusophone poets.

The second session took place on November 26, at 7pm, with guest Francisca Camelo, who listened to her words spoken by the ESAP drama students, and shared with the audience some of the secrets behind the texts.

The next session will be on January 21.
