On October 16, at 4:00 PM, Luísa Sequeira, filmmaker, artist, and lecturer at ESAP, will present What Can Words Do (O Que Podem as Palavras), co-directed with Luísa Marinho, at Harvard University, USA.
Organized by the Portuguese Program at Harvard University, the screening will be followed by a conversation moderated by Catarina Lins, focusing on New Portuguese Letters (1972), by Maria Isabel Barreno, Maria Teresa Horta, and Maria Velho da Costa, known as the Three Marias.
The event explores the work’s international impact, bringing together cinema, literature, memory, and resistance.
