On June 13 and 14, the ESAP Auditorium was packed for a performance of the play “Probability of Very Intense Phenomena,” presented by the Theatre Club of Visões Úteis, directed by ESAP alumna Sónia Barbosa.
The presentation is the result of close collaboration between the Visões Úteis theater company and ESAP, as well as the support that ESAP has sought to provide to its alumni.
Sónia Barbosa holds a bachelor’s degree in Theater from ESAP and is a doctoral candidate in Artistic Creation at the University of Aveiro, where she is developing the artistic research project “The Artist Who Dwells Within the Non-Artist,” using theatrical creation as the foundation for exploring awareness of the creative act and its materialization into an artistic and performative object. She is also a co-founder of the Teatro Só theater company and teaches theater at various educational levels.
