Rodrigo Basílio and Isabela Paglioza represent ESAP at Batalha’s Big Show

The films RADIESTE-TIA, by Rodrigo Basílio, and Photograph Trophies, by Isabela Paglioza, were screened on 18 September at Big Show, Batalha Centro de Cinema’s annual event dedicated to presenting films made by graduating students from Porto’s film schools.

Representing ESAP’s BA in Film and Audiovisual, the two films were selected for the fourth edition of Big Show, whose selection committee comprised Pedro Cabeleira, Welket Bungué and Mariana Monteiro.

Each year, Big Show brings together works from FBAUP, ESAD, ESMAD, ESAP, the School of Arts of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Universidade Lusófona, creating an opportunity for Porto’s different film-school communities to meet and share their work.

The participation of Rodrigo Basílio and Isabela Paglioza marked ESAP’s presence in this year’s edition, bringing two projects developed within the Film and Audiovisual programme to the big screen at Batalha.
