As part of the curricular internship at CEAA, and in articulation with the KinoBox/KinoGame project, the students Francisco Morais and Mariana Guerra participated in the EDA50 Project – “Schools discovering April”, proposed by the National Council of Education (CNE). This project is developed in partnership with schools and teachers across the country, to actively involve children and young people in the exploration and comprehension of the Carnation Revolution and its importance in Portugal’s contemporary history. In this context, students, based on a partnership between ESAP and Secondary School Henrique Medina (Esposende, Braga), directed a short film in the secondary school facilities and in other spaces of historical and cultural relevance in the city of Esposende. The work is currently in post-production, and will be hosted on a public access server for future memory of the “50th Anniversary Celebrations of the Carnation Revolution”.
