The performance “Em Corpo e Silêncio”, by Bruno Sousa, a Theatre student at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto, has been selected to be part of the Ofélia Festival programme.
The 15th edition of the Ofélia Festival takes place from March 2 to 5 in the city of Caldas da Rainha, organized by the School of Arts and Design of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, and features shows and performances from various theatre schools in Portugal and abroad.
Em Corpo e Silêncio is a self‑portrait that investigates the body as a place of inscription, containment, and relation. The work begins from silence as an ethical and political stance, refusing the direct exposure of identity and shifting representation to the realm of shared experience.
