Local Housing Strategy

Open lecture as part of the MIA | ESAP Urban Planning Seminar, to be given by Vilma Silva, founder and manager of the company TERRITÓRIO XXI – GESTÃO INTEGRADA DO TERRITÓRIO E DO AMBIENTE, on the Local Housing Strategy – ELH, an instrument that defines the intervention strategy for housing policy. The ELH aims to “provide a strategic framework and an intervention model for action in the field of housing that is transparent, simple, pragmatic and measurable, guiding and articulating public housing policies and the actions of public and private entities in the territory in question” (Portal da Habitação).
