ESAP participates in Poetic Rally for the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution

ESAP takes part in a poetic parade to mark the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution.

On April 23rd, at 4pm, there will be a Poetic Parade to mark the 50th anniversary of April 25th, an initiative of the Porto Association of Journalists and Men of Letters, with the collaboration of ESAP, Balleteatro and Academia Contemporânea do Espectáculo.

The event will feature poetry readings by students from ESAP’s Theater degree course, coordinated by Luísa Pinto and Nuno Meireles, as well as by students from other educational institutions. At the end, at the AJHLP’s headquarters, some poets will also read poems.

The parade starts at 4pm, next to the former PIDE headquarters, now the Military Museum, in Rua do Heroísmo. It continues to Jardim de S. Lázaro, then to Mercado do Bolhão, and ends at 6 p.m. in the square in front of Trindade metro station.
