The performer and creator, and teacher at ERAM in Girona, Aïna Rovira Marés, guides training in Jacques Lecoq Technique for theater students at ESAP.
Jacques Lecoq was one of the most important figures in European physical theater. Born in 1921 and died in 1999, he was an acrobat and actor, having created the Jacques Lecoq International Theater School in 1956, based on the study of mime, mask, jester and comedy dell’arte techniques.
Aïna Rovira Marés graduated from the Jacques Lecoq School (2010-12), having had subsequent training in movement, object manipulation, vocal technique and clowning. She founded the Melondrum companies! and LaGranTroupe.
