ESAP Hosts “Close-Up,” Featuring a Screening of “A Nossa Terra, o Nosso Altar” and a Masterclass with André Guiomar

On October 15, ESAP hosted filmmaker André Guiomar for two events that were part of the Close-up – Famalicão Film Observatory program.

The program began at 10:00 a.m. with a screening of the documentary “A Nossa Terra, o Nosso Altar” (2020), followed by a masterclass that consisted of a reflection on the director’s cinematic journey, his filmography, and how the community influenced his work.

The initiative aimed to expose students to contemporary Portuguese cinema through reflection and direct dialogue with the director, providing an opportunity to share ideas and clarify questions about his work and creative process.
