Cláudia Ribeiro was born in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes, in 1972. She studied arts at the Soares dos Reis School, Scenography and Costumes at the Contemporary Academy of Performance, and Costumes and Props at the Wimbledon School of Art. For 12 years, she was the wardrobe coordinator at the São João National Theatre in Porto. Currently, as a freelancer, she works as a creative and technical coordinator in various cultural organizations, both local and national. From a wide range of authors to various performing arts, always in the field of costumes and props, she has worked with many notable personalities in theater, music, opera, ballet, television, and cinema. She taught various subjects related to scenography and props at ESMAE until 2021. Currently, she develops the textile technology course at the Soares dos Reis Artistic School.
