Projeto Compasso

Projeto COMPASSO revolves around the notion of space and the environment. It is composed of the works COMPASSO and MARCA PASSO; the former is a large mechanical sound sculpture, composed of a moving object and a surround landscape; the latter is a wooden sculpture with a mechanical heart. The project constitutes a critique of agrobusiness, deforestation, fossil fuel extraction, pollution, predatory consumption, and all the forms of indiscriminate capture of natural resources that make the climate crisis worse.
