Marianne Baillout mentored a workshop of movement at ESAP

Marianne Baillot led a movement workshop for ESAP theater students, on 18th December 2025, covering techniques developed by Jacques Lecoq, Butoh, Loic Toizé, Feldenkraiss, among others.

Marianne Baillot is a choreographer and performer who has collaborated with Jonathan Schatz, Charlotte Plasse, Anne Juren, Alix Eynaudi, Agata Maeskiewitz, Séverine Rième, Pierre-Yves Macé, Nikolas Chasser Skilbeck, António Pedro Lopes, Ritó Natálio, among others. She has a degree in Dance from Austria and France and has created the performance works Aime, Aime, Aime, StoneWashed, Measure it in Inches, Yeeepeee !!!, New Age, and Paper Less Paper Dress, which she has presented in Belgium, Brazil, China, Portugal, Norway, Austria, etc. Since 2018, she has

directed the Vivarium Festival dedicated to technological rituals, and is also a doctoral student at the College of Arts of the University of Coimbra.
