“Sob a Chama da Candeia”, by André Gil Mata, has its premiere in Porto

The film “Sob a Chama da Candeia”, directed by André Gil Mata, will be shown at Cinema Trindade next Sunday, February 9th.

“Northern Portugal. A house with green tiles, a garden, a magnolia. Rooms full of objects from past lives in here. Traces of time, gestures and affections. Alzira was born, lived and died here. She was a daughter, a mother and a grandmother here. She played as a child, learned the piano and dedicated herself to a stern husband here.
