It is hoped that the curricular units that constitute the curriculum allow to deepen and intensify the knowledge in the space of the cinema and audiovisual, as well as in its relation with other territories of critical and creative reflection. It is also intended to enable each student to construct a context of production, achievement or critical reflection in film and audiovisual.
RULES ON ADMISSION TO GRADUATE STUDIES
1. Will be admitted to the candidature in the Graduate in Cinema and Audiovisual:
a) Holders of the degree of licenciado or legal equivalent.
b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of Bologna by a State adhering to the process.
c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as fulfilling the objectives of the degree of licenciado, by the Scientific Council of the ESAP.
d) Holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized as attesting to the ability to carry out the Graduate Program, by the Scientific Council of ESAP.
2. The application will be made through the completion of an appropriate bulletin, which will be accompanied by a certificate of qualifications, a copy (checked by the services) of the diploma supplement (when applicable) and a detailed Curriculum Vitae. The application documents must be delivered to the ESAP Administrative Services within the deadlines established for this purpose.
3. Candidates who meet the academic and curricular requirements expressed in number 1 of this article, will be selected and series, taking into account the following criteria:
a) Academic curriculum:
b) Scientific curriculum
c) Professional curriculum
d) Eventual interview as complementary criterion
4. Densification of the evaluation criteria:
4.1. The curricular assessment (CA) will be made taking into account the following parameters:
– Final classification of degree or equivalent: 10-13 values ——– 12 values
– Final classification of degree or equivalent: 14-16 values ——– 15 values
– Final classification of degree or equivalent: 17-20 values ——– 18 values
b) Scientific curriculum (CC) – weighting, on a scale of 0-20 values, the participation of the candidates in congresses, seminars, research projects, number of articles published, prizes and the like, provided they are scientific activities of the study cycle concerned, in the following terms:
– Very little relevant curriculum:10 values
– Slightly relevant curriculum: 12 values
– Relevant curriculum: 14 points
– Very relevant curriculum: 16 values
– Extremely relevant curriculum:18 values
c) Professional Curriculum (CP) – weighting, on a scale of 0-20 values, the duration and nature of the professional functions exercised, provided that they are graduated by employment contract or working independently, in the scientific area of the study cycle in question , in the following terms:
– Very little relevant curriculum:10 values
– Slightly relevant curriculum: 12 values
– Relevant curriculum: 14 points
– Very relevant curriculum: 16 values
– Extremely relevant curriculum:18 values
d) In addition to the curricular assessment, an individual interview (EI) may be carried out, whenever the assessment of academic, scientific and professional curricula is not sufficiently distinctive of the position of the different candidates, considering the following competences and capabilities:
e) The classification of each member will result from the arithmetic mean of the scores assigned on the scale of 0 to 20 values for each of the two factors of assessment I) and II).
4.2. The final classification will be scored by applying the following formula, on a scale of 0 to 20 values: AC = (CA * X + CC + CP) / 3. Being that:
